Key Roles &Responsibilities;
1. Compliance in Volume and Quality:

3.Branch QC error rate < 0.5 %
4.Processing of eligible proposals at branches
5.Conducting trainings and meetings with Sales and Channel Partners at regular intervals
Walk in Management
2. Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports
3. % Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP’s.
4. Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module
5. Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.
6. Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation.
7. Improvement in Digitization
8. Average Monthly consistent Productivity Score > 95%
