Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into explicit and detailed PRDs and user stories.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
Prioritize the product backlog and plan sprints to ensure timely delivery of features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product updates, manage expectations, and align on priorities.
Use data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and measure success through KPIs.




Analyze user behaviour, feature adoption, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Ensure seamless integration of new features with existing systems while maintaining product quality and scalability.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate Product Managers and other team members.
Continuously review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs,and enhance customer experience.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and refine product strategy.
Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting to meet business objectives.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management domain preferably in e-commerce industry.
B.Tech/B.E. graduate from Tie
