About the Role
We are hiring for our client, a dedicated multidisciplinary therapy centre in Coimbatore. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join their team. Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers,
and other professionals (OTs, psychologists, educators) to deliver holistic care.
Monitor client progress and update therapy goals as required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
RCI Registration (mandatory).
Robust clinical skills with both paediatric and adult populations.
Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
