We are looking for an experienced Sales /Business Development
Executive to drive growth in our large-scale solar EPC business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying
business prospects, engaging with government and private sector clients,
and managing the entire business development lifecycle for MW-scale
solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify
and pursue current business opportunities for utility-scale solar &
battery storage, open access project.
Generate
leads through market intelligence, government portals (like MNRE, SECI,
state tenders), and industry networking
Develop
and maintain relationships with key clients, government bodies,
consultants, and channel partners.
Participate
in RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and techno-commercial bid preparation processes.
Collaborate
with engineering, design, procurement, and finance teams to develop
tailored proposals.
Conduct
site visits, feasibility assessments, and client presentations.
Stay




updated with market trends, policy changes, DISCOM requirements, and
subsidy mechanisms.
Maintain
detailed records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and
closures in CRM systems.
Represent
the company in exhibitions, solar conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements
Degree
in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Energy) or related field
5
years of experience in solar EPC business development (ground-mounted or
rooftop MW projects) and 15+ overall experience.

Key Skills:
Robust
knowledge of solar EPC project lifecycle, government tendering process,
and regulatory norms
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Ability
to prepare and present compelling business proposals
Strong
negotiation and client relationship management skills
Proficiency
in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic project costing
