Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and increase direct bookings for Eagleton Golf Resort. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven decision-making and has a robust grasp of hospitality marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display channels
Manage website performance, UX, and conversion optimization for bookings and inquiries
Drive revenue through performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning and seasonal promotions
Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards) and optimize ROI
Manage online reputation across review platforms and respond to guest feedback
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals
Oversee partnerships with agencies,



influencers, and OTA platforms

Requirements:
4–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or travel
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRM tools, and marketing automation
Experience with hotel booking engines and OTA ecosystems is a plus
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
