Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls and chat support.
Assist customers with order-related queries, including order status, delays, cancellations, refunds, and delivery issues.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with delivery partners and restaurants whenever required to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and quick resolution.
Follow Zomato’s process guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.




Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
Handle multiple customer interactions efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism while interacting with customers.

Candidate Requirements:
valuable communication skills.
Comfortable handling both voice and chat support.
Good typing and computer skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
