Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with robust expertise in React (Frontend) and Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory) to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on backend development experience specifically using Python and Django together, along with up-to-date frontend development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using:
React (Frontend)
Python + Django (Backend – Mandatory)
Build and integrate secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
Ensure responsiveness, scalability, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes into functional solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.




Troubleshoot and resolve backend and frontend performance issues.
Follow best practices in architecture, security, and code quality.

Mandatory Technical Skills

â 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

â Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory)

â Strong hands-on experience in Django (Mandatory)

â Strong expertise in React

â Experience building backend services and REST APIs using Django

â Solid knowledge of:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript (ES6+)

â Experience with relational databases:
PostgreSQL
MySQL

â Experience with Git and Agile methodologies

Good to Have
Experience with FastAPI
Knowledge of TypeScript
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with Playwright or automated testing frameworks
