Position: Telecom Field Sales Executive (SIM Sales)
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: Minimum 6 months–2 years in Telecom SIM Sales (Preferred)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecom Field Sales Executive with prior experience in SIM card sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent customers, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base through field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Sell prepaid and postpaid SIM cards to new customers.
Visit assigned areas, markets, retailers, and corporate clients for customer acquisition.
Generate new leads through field activities and direct sales.
Complete KYC documentation and activation process as per company guidelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
Conduct promotional activities and brand awareness campaigns.




Submit daily field visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required.

Required Skills
Experience in Telecom SIM Sales is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of KYC documentation and SIM activation process.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 6 months–2 years in Telecom SIM Sales
Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
