Job Summary: The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role involves understanding the hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US market.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
Robust understanding of employment laws and regulations in the US.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to build robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
