Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager Finance & Accounts professional to lead day-to-day finance and
accounting operations. The role requires robust ownership, people management skills, and




hands-on experience in accounting, finance reporting, GST compliance, and audit coordination.
The candidate should be capable of validating financial data, coordinating with internal and
external stakeholders, and driving timely closures with robust follow-up and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and
month-end/year-end closures

• Ensure accurate accounting entries and compliance with internal financial controls

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, etc.)

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and maintain required
documentation

• Coordinate with consultants / external parties for tax matters when required

• Manage and coordinate external audits

• Validate financial data, ensure audit readiness, and provide accurate do
