Job Summary:
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of production lines, solar module manufacturing machines, and utility equipment by performing timely maintenance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery (e.g., solar panel assembly lines, laminators, stringers, etc.)
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities (compressors, electrical panels, etc.)
Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Maintain maintenance logs and reports in the system
Coordinate with production and quality teams for effective operations

Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or solar industry
Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance practices
Basic knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems preferred
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
