Job Summary:
As a Branch Sales Manager specializing in CASA at IndusInd Bank, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account products. You will lead and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of branch targets. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining solid customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve CASA targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective performance and achievement of sales goals.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new CASA customers through various channels.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
