We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to join our team at GeekyAnts India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will support the organization in handling legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities, and corporate legal matters while ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and vet all company related contracts and other legal documents.

Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments for fulfilling legal requirements at their end.

Assist in developing legal framework, processes, and policies for the company.

Maintain and manage legal records, contracts, and documentation.

Liaise with external legal counsel and consultants whenever required.

Assist in identifying legal risks and provide appropriate recommendations.





Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law (3-year or 5 year integrated LLB) from a recognized university.

2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal function.

Strong understanding of contract drafting and legal documentation.

Knowledge of corporate laws, labor laws, and legal drafting

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.

Critical thinking with positive problem solving ability.

Educational Qualifications

Experience working in IT, technology, or startup environments or within a corporate legal team of a law firm will be an added advantage.
