Management: Help prepare and maintain spare parts inventory, Organize and properly account for all paperwork
and certifications pertaining to required maintenance, updates and ordering of parts.
Compliance: Understand and
adhere to job standards, slot rules, and procedures, Move and reinstall slot machines & other gaming equipment’s as needed when casino floor plans are revised.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Training and
Development: Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge required for the
job role and attend relevant training schemes.
