Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand and manage our dealer network across India. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections and hands-on experience in building distribution channels within the Marble, Plywood, Aluminium, or Building Materials sector. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand a strong dealer/distributor network across Pan India
Identify and onboard dealers in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities
Establish and manage Live Experience Centers in key markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders
Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business strategies Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in business development or channel sales
Strong network in Marble, Plywood, Aluminium, or Building Materials industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and handle Pan India operations
Highly travel-friendly and versatile for extensive travel
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Has excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Demonstrates a professional attitude and personality. Can independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Is comfortable with regular travel and handling multiple locations. Has a strong business development background and client-handling experience. Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing / Business Administration (preferred)
Experience in setting up dealer networks or experience centers is a plus Key Attributes:
