Job Description: CBSE TGT Science Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate TGT Science Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Science education to students from Grades 6 to 10, fostering a love for the subject, and helping students develop a robust conceptual foundation in Science in line with the CBSE curriculum.

Roles and Responsibilities
Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons for Grades 6 to 10 in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
Use diverse teaching methodologies, including project-based learning, experiments, and technology integration, to enhance understanding and retention.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
Student Assessment and Support:
Evaluate students through classwork, homework, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
Analyze academic performance and address learning gaps through remedial teaching.
Encourage student participation in Science fairs, Olympiads,



and other competitions.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace in the classroom.
Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a scientific approach in students.
Team-oriented Responsibilities:
Work with colleagues to align teaching practices and curriculum planning.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and academic concerns during PTMs or as needed.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and CBSE guidelines.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars to enhance teaching skills.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other classroom activities.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and other administrative tasks as required.
