Role Purpose

The HR Head
will be responsible for building a high-performance organization capable of
scaling from the current team size to more than 150 employees over the next few
years.

The role combines
strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.

The successful
candidate will own recruitment, performance management, organizational
development, learning & development, employee engagement, HR operations,
compliance, and AI-enabled people processes.
