About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential real estate buyers, explain our projects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain property details and answer basic queries.
Schedule site visits and follow up with leads.
Maintain customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates.
Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements
Positive communication skills inEnglish / Hindi
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
