Cogninest AI is looking for a hands-on Business Development Representative / SDR who can build and execute outbound campaigns that consistently generate qualified sales appointments.

This is not a role where you simply send LinkedIn messages from a predefined script. We need someone who can understand our services, research the right market, build targeted prospect lists, test different approaches and continuously improve results.

What you'll work on:

• LinkedIn prospecting and outreach using Sales Navigator

• Cold email campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead or similar platforms

• Cold calling and follow-ups with decision-makers

• Building accurate, well-segmented prospect lists

• Researching ICPs, buyer personas, industries and trigger events

• Writing explicit, personalised outreach sequences

• Running A/B tests across messaging, offers, channels and audiences

• Using tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n and other GTM platforms

• Building automated lead-generation, enrichment and follow-up workflows

• Tracking campaign performance and improving reply, meeting and qualification rates

• Maintaining clean CRM data and a disciplined follow-up process

What we are looking for:





• Proven experience in business development, outbound sales or SDR roles

• Mandatory experience selling B2B SaaS, software development or IT services

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach, cold email and cold calling

• Ability to independently research and build high-quality lead lists

• Experience with up-to-date GTM tools such as Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or n8n

• Robust written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working with targets and being accountable for qualified appointments

• Agile, experimental and willing to do whatever it takes to find what works

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
