As a Test Manager at Mivada, you will be responsible for
leading our testing and quality assurance initiatives across a diverse
portfolio of client projects. You will collaborate directly with clients and
internal teams to design and implement effective test strategies that ensure
high-quality software delivery. This role requires a robust blend of technical
expertise, project management skills, and excellent client-facing
communication.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Client & Project Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for
quality assurance and testing aspects on client projects.
Engage with clients to understand their
requirements, define testing objectives, and set transparent expectations.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously,
ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with
clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

Test Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive test
strategies and plans tailored to each client’s project.




Define testing standards, best practices, and
processes to ensure consistency across client projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams,
including development and product management, to align on testing requirements
and priorities.

Test Execution & Process Management:
Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of
test cases, test scripts, and test data for client projects.
Ensure the efficient execution of both manual
and automated tests.
Monitor testing progress, analyse test results,
and facilitate timely resolution of defects.
Implement continuous integration and continuous
testing practices where applicable.

Quality Assurance & Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Establish and track quality metrics, providing
detailed reports on testing outcomes to both clients and senior management.
