Job Description:

We Are Production Manager In Unjah.

Position: Production Manager

Location: Unjah

Department: Operations / Manufacturing
Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head
(Only Male )

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize production schedules based on business requirements.
Ensure effective utilization of resources, equipment, and manpower.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
Implement quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain production records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Supervise and lead the production team, including shift supervisors and operators.




Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to ISO and other industry-specific standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/production management.
Solid knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
