Job Description:
Shall be responsible for coordination and supervision of the work of the bidder’s team and for managing the team resources and ensure their optimum allocation.
Shall ensure that Departments’ requirements are determined and met with the aim of enhancing satisfaction.
Shall be responsible for co-defining the scope of the works being performed.
Shall be involved in the detailed planning and effort estimation for the works being performed.
Shall monitor the progress and status of works on a regular basis.
Shall be responsible for project progress status updates to the Department and be involved in periodic review with the Department.
Shall coordinate with the Department for approvals for effort estimates, the schedule/ defect resolution date and for releases/patches to production.
Shall ensure the quality of the deliverables.
Shall review Version Control and Configuration Management.
Shall be responsible for identifying risks and discussing at various levels to mitigate the same.
