Description- Working in Gurugram, India you will be part of the Global Research function that provides research support to Kearney consultants globally. As part of the research function, you will join the Generalist team which works across industries and functions to support the Japan team and Consultants. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for collaborating effectively and conducting research on the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to understand and prioritize research needs, delivering cost-effective and timely solutions.
Gather, analyze,



and synthesize information from diverse databases and sources, presenting findings in firm-standard formats such as exhibits, summaries, and spreadsheets.
Build expertise in specific focus areas (e.g., industry, function, or geography) and leverage the firm’s global network.
Develop and contribute to fact packs and research documents, progressively taking on larger portions of projects.
Actively participate in firm initiatives and ensure operational efficiency in daily tasks.

Knowledge and Skills requirement:
Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a reputed institute.
Proficiency in Japanese is essential (N3 level or above)
1–3 years of relevant business research experience, with exposure to research projects across multiple sectors and functions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
