• Manage end-to-end processes of SAP PS (Project System) and EPPM (Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management), including master data, configuration, and support.
• Demonstrate solid hands-on experience in SAP PS & EPPM modules.
• Work with add-on modules on SAP Project System to provide users with consolidated visibility of project status and facilitate project-related transactions through a unified interface.
• Leverage understanding of SAP MM and SAP PM modules; knowledge of these will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams to understand and address business needs.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives,
and develop necessary system changes or enhancements to meet those needs.
• Identify gaps, issues, and workarounds, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including designs, test cases, and test results.
• Proactively propose improvements in business processes and system functionality.
• Provide consulting support for current SAP implementations as well as ongoing support projects.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support as required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; may mentor junior team members.
• Engage confidently with customers and stakeholders; solid communication skills are essential.
