JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meet sales goals by training, inspiring, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Propose creative ideas to increase market share
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements :




The candidate must be eligible to handle full functionality of Store & acquire responsibility for the same.
The candidate must have experience in ERP based system with basic commuter literacy for communication & reporting.
The candidate must be capable to maintain adequate stock level for defined stock Items & familiar to generate inventory reports.
He has excellence in solid leadership, interpersonal and multitasking skills & work well under pressure with deadlines.
People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.”
Be able to read and understand sales data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
knowledge of erp is must. Excellent communication skills.
