Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for each design/style.

• Create and maintain costing sheets for accurate price estimation and margin analysis.

• Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure accurate material planning and consumption tracking.

• Monitor daily production activities on the manufacturing line for infant/kids hosiery garments.

• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials as per the BOM.

• Analyze material usage vs. standard consumption and highlight variances.

• Maintain Excel-based MIS reports on costing, production, and inventory.

• Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines.

• Liaise with vendors for rate negotiation and material follow-up.





• Ensure adherence to quality standards at all levels of production.

Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in hosiery manufacturing, especially baby suits or kids wear.

• Solid expertise in preparing BOMs and cost sheets.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).

• Sound understanding of garment production processes, fabric consumption, and trims/accessories.

• Positive communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
