We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support our growth by managing end to end hiring and building strong talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles across the organization.

Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist, you will be the primary driver of our revenue cycle's health. Your mission is to ensure that every invoice we issue is 100% accurate and that all payments are collected on time. This role is perfect for a finance qualified who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the "firm but fair" communication style needed to manage customer relationships while protecting the company’s cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Revenue Integrity -




Daily/weekly generation and distribution of accurate invoices and credit memos.
Meticulous verification of billing data against contracts and purchase orders to prevent future disputes.
Performing essential month-end reconciliations between the AR sub-ledger and the general ledger

Strategic Collections -
Vigilant monitoring of aging reports to prioritize outreach to overdue accounts.
Executing a consistent, skilled follow-up process via phone, email, and formal correspondence.
Negotiating and formalizing payment plans for delinquent customers in a way that balances recovery with relationship management.

Cash Application & Resolution -
Exact daily posting of all incoming receipts (ACH, Wire, Check) to the correct customer accounts.
Proactive collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve "short pays" quickly and billing discrepancies.
