About the Role
Indo European Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and passionate Education Counsellor to join our Chandigarh branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a professional and presentable personality, and a robust understanding of the overseas education industry. The role involves guiding students throughout their study abroad journey while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, and destination countries.
Guide students through admissions, applications, documentation,
and visa processes.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
Coordinate with admissions and visa teams for smooth application processing.
Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent English communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Robust knowledge of overseas admissions and visa procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
