What You’ll Do
Proactively engage with inbound leads and interested prospects across marketing channels
Assist in lead qualification, quote preparation, sample coordination, and follow-ups
Schedule meetings, organize documents, and maintain CRM records
Participate in product demos, training sessions, and feedback loops
Collaborate across teams to improve communication flows and customer experience
Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation

Requirements
What You’ll Need
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
High attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools
Comfort in working across time zones and understanding global trade basics
Robust research, reporting, and organizational abilities
Bonus: Prior internship, foreign language skills, or global trade knowledge
