We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who enjoys building robust customer relationships and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for customers after their purchase, helping resolve queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale.
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.




Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure timely issue resolution.
Track customer requests and follow up until complete resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.
Provide product-related guidance and support whenever required.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams to improve processes.
Build long-term relationships by delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations while staying organized.
