We are hiring a Sterling Admin Trainee (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to start their career in system administration, with training provided on Linux/Unix systems and Sterling tools. No prior experience needed — just the right attitude and basic technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Help maintain and monitor servers on a daily basis
Learn to manage users, files, and permissions on Linux/Unix systems
Support the team in checking system logs and reporting issues
Assist senior team members in basic troubleshooting
Learn to use Sterling Integrator/B2B tools with training and guidance
Maintain simple documentation of tasks performed
Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 70% aggregate marks in academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
