Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Experience in designing and developing integration flows using cloud-based platforms.
Solid understanding of API management and connectivity protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration scenarios for performance and reliability.
Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
