Follow the safety and quality instructions while executing day-to-day shift Laboratory testing activities.
Responsible for taking ownership for safety and quality related compliance execution in respective work areas as per defined company standards.
Quality
Testing and inspection of raw material, finished product, packaging material and process samples.
Result recording of the tested samples into ERP system.
Reagents and chemical solution preparations.
COA through ERP system and review before submit to supply chain.
In house lab equipment under guidance of lab in-charge.
Responsible for reporting any deviation / abnormalities to Executive – Quality and production supervisor in timely manner.
Sample retentions of raw material and finished product as per requirements.
Maintenance of 5S of laboratory area.
Responsible for taking ownership for effective resource utilization, losses elimination, reporting, and preventing any unsafe behavior in respective work area.
Responsible for waste / rejection / protected storage as per defined procedures.
