Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Trainee – Non-IT Research & Business Development Executive (RBDE). The candidate will be responsible for researching Non-IT job requirements, identifying hiring companies, generating leads, and supporting business development activities for the US market.

Roles & Responsibilities
Research Non-IT job requirements through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals
Identify hiring companies and gather relevant contact details
Research industry trends and emerging keywords related to hiring requirements
Generate quality leads and maintain lead details in Excel




Coordinate with clients and manage communication effectively
Support client relationship management until candidate closure
Perform web research and data analysis activities
Achieve daily research and lead generation targets

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are eligible to apply
B.E – EEE, Mechanical, Civil, Mechatronics
M.Sc – Maths, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry
MBA, M.Com
