Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of dialysis technicians and nursing staff.
Ensure safe and effective dialysis treatment according to established protocols.
Monitor patient care standards and address any clinical or operational concerns.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
Conduct staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of dialysis machines and related equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of consumables and coordinate procurement requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records and unit documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for seamless patient care.
Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally and promptly.
Prepare and submit unit reports as required by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dialysis services.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
