Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis:

Subject Matter Expertise:
· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various IT domains, staying up-to-date with the latest technological developments and trends.
· Provide expert insights to trainers and clients, offering guidance on technical concepts and best practices.
Trainer Evaluation:
· Assess the technical skills of trainers recruited by the sourcing team,
ensuring their competence to deliver high-quality training.

· Discuss and document detailed lab topology and setup procedures for trainers and the lab team.
