Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the product team. The designer's key responsibility would be to collaborate within the product team (including founders) and translate business requirements into flawless interactions within the product. This requires you to understand customer needs, the business objectives, and also product strategic direction.

In this role, you will also be required to collaborate with customer-facing teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (get on calls with customers if needed), understand product pain points, requirements, and develop cutting-edge experiences address any pain points.

You will also be involved in the continuous evolution of the Insent brand, its assets, and relevant collaterals on the website.
