Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and a conducive learning workplace in the classroom.
Encourage active participation and maintain an inclusive classroom culture.




Student Development:
Identify individual student needs and provide additional support or enrichment as required.
Mentor students for academic competitions such as Olympiads, NTSE, and other mathematics-related contests.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and integrate creative teaching practices.
Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field (e.g., M.Sc. Mathematics).
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with specialization in Mathematics.
