Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in on-page SEO optimization including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and internal linking
Support keyword research using tools like Semrush/Ahrefs/Google Keyword Planner, identifying primary and secondary keywords for content
Help implement and troubleshoot schema markup (Organization, FAQ, Breadcrumb, Article, etc.) to improve search visibility and rich results
Make basic HTML/CSS edits to web pages for on-page SEO fixes (title tags, alt text, heading structure, minor layout tweaks)
Conduct competitor analysis and content gap research
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
Assist with technical SEO audits - broken links, duplicate content, canonical tags,



crawlability issues
Support content team with SEO-friendly content briefs and on-page recommendations
Track keyword rankings and prepare periodic performance reports
Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices
