Job Role: Secured Operations Manager – HUB
Location: Pune (Near Vanaj Metro station)

Notice period: 15 to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Heading HUB team of 20 Secured operations analyst for the zone (Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh)
• Credit Operations & Disbursement, Financial Operations, Property document verification of Mortgage files, Banking process, giving the debit instruction using different type of repayment modes, Liaising with the team for Login and disbursement and entire HUB process and guiding them how to follow to Operation process, Business & Disbursement MIS to apprise management. Consolidated presentation of EMI collection, Reconciliation report, Monitoring cash reconciliation of entire Zone.
• Required positive year of experience in team handling and Prior experience in HUB Management/Regional Operation role will be plus point.
Robust Leadership and Managerial Skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
