The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing content creation, website performance, customer communications, and lead-generating marketing initiatives across platforms. An understanding of the Indian real estate, coupled with robust content, digital, and campaign management skills, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand positioning, and ongoing sales efforts.
Align marketing strategy with business goals to drive qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.
Content Management & Communication
Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms: website, blogs, emailers, brochures, videos, and social media.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.




Work closely with in-house teams and content agencies to create targeted storytelling that resonates with homebuyers and investors.
Website Management
Oversee company and project-specific websites, ensuring up-to-date content, intuitive UX, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Monitor website performance via analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) and drive continuous improvements.
Coordinate with web development vendors to manage upgrades, security, and technical enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Lead and optimize digital campaigns including Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO/SEM, remarketing, and influencer collaborations.
Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead behavior and improve conversion rates.
Develop landing pages, digital creatives, and email funnels for nurturing leads.
