Purpose of Job

We’re seeking a results-driven Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations and analytics.



This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working across incentive compensation, field reporting and enablement, and commercial data strategy and analytics.

We’ll trust you to:
Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management
Independently execute projects with global teams – understand project needs, translate solutions briefs into specific tasks, devise analytical approaches, maintain commercial excellence, and manage stakeholder communication (internal and external).
Design and execute solutions to address business needs, particularly in Incentive Compensation, Commercial Analytics, & Field Enablement Tools.
Collaborate with project leads, engagement managers globally, and team associates to conduct high-quality analysis and develop structured, impactful deliverables focused on Commercial Analytics
Establish project priorities, flag potential risks, and create mitigation plans.
