Key Responsibilities:
IT Hardware Strategy & Management: Develop and implement IT hardware policies, procurement strategies, and maintenance plans.
Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and maintain all IT hardware, including servers, storage, networks, and workstations, ensuring minimal downtime.
Security & Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure complies with security policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate IT hardware suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Technology Upgrades: Assess emerging hardware technologies and recommend upgrades or current implementations to enhance productivity.
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Lead the IT support team to resolve hardware-related issues efficiently and provide seamless IT operations.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor IT specialists to build a high-performing IT hardware team.
Disaster Recovery Planning:



Design and implement IT disaster recovery strategies to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align IT hardware infrastructure with business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in IT hardware, infrastructure management, and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of networking, data centers, cloud solutions, and IT security protocols.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, enterprise hardware, and IT support processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage budgets and optimize IT hardware costs.
Robust communication and leadership abilities.
