Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Recommend appropriate maintenance, repair, and service packages based on vehicle condition.
Explain service estimates, pricing, advantages, and timelines clearly to customers.
Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), extended warranties, accessories, and other value-added services.
Follow up with existing customers for periodic maintenance, renewals, and service reminders.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.




Stay updated on company services, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
