Role Summary

We are seeking a Principal Industry Expert with deep end-to-end Financial Services domain expertise — spanning both business processes and the technology stack that supports them. This is not a sales role. The successful candidate will serve as the authoritative voice on how Financial Services institutions actually operate — from front-office customer engagement through middle-office risk and back-office settlement, and across the systems, data, regulatory framework, and integration patterns that make those operations run. They will work with our product, engineering, sales, and partner teams to translate that end-to-end understanding into solutions, intellectual property, and credible customer engagement. The role demands fluency in both the business (P&L; drivers, regulatory workplace, customer journeys, risk frameworks) and the technology (core banking, payments, mainframe, integration platforms, data architecture, and increasingly AI-enabled workflows under governance).

Key Responsibilities





• Serve as the end-to-end Financial Services domain authority across the business — covering retail and commercial banking, payments, lending, capital markets, insurance, and the regulatory workplace that shapes each.

• Translate deep business understanding into solution design — recognizing how decisions in one part of the financial services value chain (e.g., underwriting models) impact others (regulatory capital, customer experience, operational risk).

• Bring technical fluency in the Financial Services technology stack — core banking platforms, payments systems, mainframe applications and modernization paths, enterprise integration layers, data warehousing, and AI governance tooling.
