We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with robust Full Stack development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable tracking and logistics applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in backend development, modern web technologies, and experience leading technical initiatives while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain tracking and logistics applications.
Build scalable backend services and responsive web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance,



scalability, and reliability.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and MySQL.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development settings.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
