The Channel Sales team is responsible for working with Channel Partners/Brokers to source and close leads for both Property Acquisition and Sales. It's one of the most crucial verticals in defining the company’s growth. As a Channel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building the channel partner (CP) vertical for us. You will be primarily involved in signing up recent CP accounts and expanding relationships with existing partners. You’ll work closely with the Sales and the Business Development team to give on-ground insights and help the sourcing scale. You’ll be directly responsible for Sourcing & Closing for one or more micro-markets in the city of Bangalore and crucial to the expansion of the company to current markets. You will routinely deal with complexity. You’ll build mastery over our business model and processes, and be responsible for hand-holding sellers & Partners through details of what they should expect in the sale of the home. You’ll live and communicate our principles of trust, transparency and customer empathy.
And will be responsible for working with the team to drive higher home purchases month on month. In your heart, you are a true salesperson. Navigating purchase pipelines, perfection in planning and forecasting, and additionally engaging sellers to align with closure timelines must come naturally to you. You’re a born communicator, and you will manage stakeholders across the spectrum beautifully. You’ll be comfortable with targets, and hungry for business.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
â You will build rapport generate qualified leads from the channel partners, where primary offers to sellers are to be made
â You’ll assume the front-ending responsibility, effectively communicating the offer and assessing the status of the lead
â You’ll visit individual homes, assessing them from a business perspective, and honestly capturing relevant feedback from a qualitative buyer perspective
