Role Description:

As the Technical Director, you will be the Subject Matter
Expert (SME) Leader for all aspects of Carbon Projects, Climate Consulting, and
Sustainability at ProClime. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the
development and execution of large-scale Carbon Projects, ensuring high-impact
outcomes across several areas, including Afforestation and Reforestation (ARR),
Blue Carbon, REDD+, Clean Energy Transition, Sustainable Agriculture, and Green
Urban Development. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team and
provide strategic guidance on carbon markets, credit issuance processes,
compliance standards (such as VERRA, Gold Standard, CDM, etc.), and carbon
trading mechanisms. Additionally, you will engage with senior stakeholders from
governments, corporations, global registries, and think tanks, leveraging your
network to build partnerships and create business prospects. A key aspect
of this position will involve hands-on participation in project design,
documentation, and delivery, ensuring that ProClime's initiatives align with




global standards of credibility and financial viability. Your expertise in
climate investment strategies, carbon policy, and regulatory compliance will be
essential for positioning ProClime as a leader in the sustainability sector.

thinking, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and team mentorship
skills. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of ProClime’s carbon
consulting practice while upholding the highest standards of professionalism
and industry credibility.
