Prior Experience in Consulting & Advisory, Management Consulting roles desired.
Thorough Knowledge & experience of the entire life cycle of Decarbonization - from Audit, Carbon-footprint assessment of the current state, Data analysis, chance & solution area identification, recommendations for decarbonization, road-mapping, knowledge gap analysis, capacity building & training, periodic monitoring, re-assessment, etc.
Thorough experience of decarbonization consulting in industries like Hard-to-abate sectors, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B;, Textile & Apparel, etc.
Thorough experience in Decarbonization pathways,



conventional as well as cutting-edge solutions for the above sectors - including typical manufacturing processes & equipment and cutting-edge Energy Conservation Measures for the same, Renewable Energy, Innovations in terms of Co-Gen/re-Gen, Waste to Energy, etc.
Experience in supporting Business Development & Pre-Sales efforts. Ability to act as a point of relationship with, and pitch services to Client Stakeholders - including at mid-senior and decision-making levels.

10+ years of experience
At least 3 years experience as an Energy Auditor in the above sectors. (Must be a BEE Certified Energy Auditor. Additional Certifications like IPMVP, ISO 50001 will be considered a plus.)
