We are seeking a Lead AEM QA Automation Engineer with robust expertise in automation testing for CMS-based web applications, preferably with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will focus on automation strategy, framework setup, regression suite management, and leading QA efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead automation testing efforts for AEM and other CMS-based web applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites.
Define QA strategy, test coverage, and quality standards.
Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
Collaborate with developers, content teams, and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.
Report,



track, and analyze defects using Jira.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in AEM QA Automation

Solid expertise in test strategy, automation framework setup, and regression suite management

Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Postman

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web architecture

Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Desirable: AEM certification
